About the Role

Maximus is a global organisation that specialises in providing health and employment services to millions of people every year. We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Assessment Centre, ensuring smooth running of assessments and providing excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate and oversee appointment sessions, managing productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, customers, and external agencies.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and deliver high-quality services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including GP surgeries, hospitals, and interpreting services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and data protection.

Requirements

  • GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • IT literate with good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role or administration.
