Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Assessment Centre team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operation of the Assessment Centre, managing sessions to optimize productivity and customer service.
  • Manage customer interactions, including greeting and welcoming customers, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical colleagues to ensure the smooth running of assessments and provide support as needed.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including customer information, appointment schedules, and assessment results.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing and distributing documents, managing stationery, and maintaining a secure and organized workspace.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, healthcare professionals, and other teams.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and quality assurance initiatives.

Requirements

  • GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Proven administrative experience, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the business and our customers.
  • IT literate, with good Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new systems and processes.
