About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Assessment Centre team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily sessions, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our clinical colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily appointment sessions, ensuring optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with customers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Monitor session progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve performance targets and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or administrative setting.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems and processes.
