Dean Close Foundation is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our HR team. This part-time position offers a salary of up to £34,000 FTE per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in HR processes, knowledge of employee relations, and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality HR advisory services to our sites on HR policies and procedures.
  • Building relationships with senior leaders and managers across the Foundation.
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and ensuring timely resolution of HR issues.
  • Preparing and presenting HR reports for senior leaders and Governors/Directors.
  • Coordinating and developing training on employment-related issues.

We are looking for an HR/ER generalist with excellent knowledge of best HR practice, who can adapt to a changing workload and has a strong attention to detail. A CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
