Senior HR Advisor / HRBP Opportunity

Reed is partnering with a Cheltenham-based company to find a skilled Senior HR Advisor / HRBP to support the HR business partner and team of advisors on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Collaborate with HR advisors on recruitment and ensure compliance with documents
  • Review procedures and draft formal letters in accordance with data protocols
  • Support the HR business partner with operational day-to-day administration for the HR Team
  • Be adaptable and flexible to address immediate queries and meetings
Requirements:
  • Experience in operational HR
  • Confidence in reviewing policies and procedures
  • Strong administration and MS Office skills
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible to support the team

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with flexibility for hybrid working.
