Senior HR Advisor / HRBP Opportunity

Reed is partnering with a Cheltenham-based company to find a skilled Senior HR Advisor / HRBP to support the HR business partner and team of advisors on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

  • Be the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries and provide expert guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with HR advisors to ensure seamless recruitment processes and verify compliance with all documents.
  • Review and refine procedures, and draft formal letters in accordance with data protection protocols.
  • Support the HR business partner with day-to-day operational administration and tasks within the HR team.
  • Be adaptable and flexible to respond to immediate queries and meetings.

Key requirements include:

  • Experience in operational HR.
  • Confidence in reviewing policies and procedures.
  • Strong administration and MS Office skills.
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible to support the team.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with flexibility for hybrid working arrangements.
