Key Responsibilities:- Be the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with HR advisors on recruitment and ensure compliance with all documents.
- Review and implement procedures, issuing formal letters in accordance with data protection protocols.
- Support the HR business partner with operational day-to-day administration and tasks within the HR team.
- Be adaptable and flexible to respond to immediate queries and meetings.
- Experience in operational HR.
- Confidence in reviewing policies and procedures.
- Strong administration and MS Office skills.
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible to support the team.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with flexibility for hybrid working arrangements.
