About the Role

The HR Business Partner will play a key role in driving business success by providing strategic HR guidance and support to senior leaders and teams. This includes developing and implementing localized people plans that align with the overall people strategy, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and managing HR Advisors and administrative staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior teams, providing commercial and pragmatic HR guidance and support.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and managers.
  • Support and coach managers in team management, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
  • Provide advice and guidance on complex HR casework, including employee relations and talent management.
  • Manage and develop HR Advisors and Administrators, ensuring a professional and responsive advisory service.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Partner to ensure efficient and effective payroll and operational administration.
  • Work with the People Director and Head of Talent to develop and implement the People strategy and associated priorities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience operating at a Business Partner level within a Human Resources Department.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations casework and leading the design and implementation of people initiatives and change programs.
  • Ability to influence and provide commercial and pragmatic advice, with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Understanding of the importance of equity and diversity, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive culture.
