Our client, a leading player in their sector, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. This role involves working closely with the Operations Division to deliver strategic HR support and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the division's objectives.
  2. Provide expert advice and support on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
  3. Collaborate with managers to implement performance management processes that drive high performance and accountability.
  4. Use HR metrics and data analysis to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  6. Foster a workplace culture that aligns with company values and enhances employee engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Solid HR experience within a true HRBP role.
  2. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Proficiency in HR analytics and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative approach and the ability to influence and drive HR initiatives that enhance business performance.
