About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in Cheltenham. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success by providing strategic HR advice and support to senior leaders and managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop managers to improve their leadership skills and capabilities
  • Design and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • Develop and implement organizational health initiatives to improve employee engagement and well-being
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives
  • Provide HR generalist support to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
  • Strong coaching and development skills
  • Experience in talent management, organizational health, and cross-functional collaboration
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent
  • Financial services or similar experience preferred
