Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop managers to enhance their leadership skills and capabilities
  • Design and implement effective employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity
  • Develop and implement talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain top talent
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve organizational health
  • Provide HR generalist support to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
  • Strong coaching and development skills to support manager and employee growth
  • Ability to design and implement effective employee engagement and talent management strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent
