Job Overview

Reed is partnering with a leading organization to find a Senior HR Advisor / HRBP to support the HR business partner and team of advisors on a temporary basis.

As a Senior HR Advisor / HRBP, you will:

  • Be the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the HR advisors to ensure seamless recruitment processes and verify compliance with all relevant documents.
  • Attend grievance and disciplinary meetings, take minutes, and provide support to the HR business partner with operational day-to-day administration.
  • Review and update HR procedures, and draft formal letters in accordance with data protection regulations.
  • Support the HR business partner in managing the HR team's workload and ensuring efficient operations.
  • Work closely with a team of approximately 500 staff members.
  • Be adaptable and able to respond promptly to immediate queries and meetings.

To succeed as a Senior HR Advisor, you will have:

  • Experience in operational HR, with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review and interpret complex data.
  • Familiarity with grievance and disciplinary procedures, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong administration and MS Office skills, with the ability to work accurately and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A strong understanding of data protection regulations and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
