Senior Human Resources Advisor

Full Time / Part Time working patterns available

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our team at Adjacency Recruitment Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in advising on aspects of Human Resources, including leading on organisation change management, employee relations, recruitment processes, leading on the review and development of HR policies and procedures, and the provision of a confidential HR advisory service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Development: Lead on the development of HR policies and processes, advising on their applicability within the organisation and ensuring their effective delivery.
  • Learning and Development: Design and deliver training to managers on both generic HR policy and practice and other management training.
  • Recruitment Lead: Work with managers on recruitment and selection exercises, providing advice on the development of job descriptions and person specifications, job advertisements, and selection processes. Partner and advise Line Managers on recruitment processes, job descriptions, and salary benchmarking with reference to the company salary bands. Note taking and record keeping adhering to confidentiality and GDPR.
  • Support other ad-hoc projects and any other reasonable duties as required.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, we expect your CV to display demonstrable experience in a similar HR Advisor role and be qualified to CIPD Level 5. We are able to consider both full-time and part-time applicants for this role and are open to working patterns, but you will need to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
