Job Opportunity

Adjacency Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our team in Cheltenham. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on human resources matters, including organisation change management, employee relations, and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring their effective delivery and applicability within the organisation.
  • Design and deliver training to managers on HR policy and practice, as well as other management training.
  • Lead on recruitment and selection exercises, providing advice on job descriptions, person specifications, and selection processes.
  • Support other ad-hoc projects and perform other reasonable duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar HR Advisor role.
  • Qualification to CIPD Level 5.
  • Ability to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
