Senior Enterprise Sales Executive

Position: Senior Enterprise Sales Executive - SaaS/HR Technology
Location: London/Hybrid
Compensation: £120k base with double OTE
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Sales Executive for a dynamic SaaS organization specializing in HR and Talent solutions. This company has a robust workforce of over 200 employees and is backed by series-b funding.
As the company continues its trajectory of growth and prepares for future funding rounds, there is a pressing need to enhance the Enterprise sales team.
In this role, you will collaborate with a team of four Account Executives, alongside Sales Engineers and Account Managers, benefiting from a strong marketing and outbound business development support system.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the SaaS sector, ideally within HR technology.
- Proven track record of success at the Enterprise level, with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas ranging from £800k to £1.2m.
- Experience managing average deal sizes between £60k and £100k.
This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring two days per week in the London office.
