KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and enhance your portfolio of clients with a focus on integrity
  • Engage in sales, training, and client retention through an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Identify client requirements through a consultative sales approach
  • Become proficient in LoopNet's marketing offerings
  • Oversee the complete sales process from initial outreach to account renewals
  • Conduct face-to-face product demonstrations for clients
  • Offer insightful perspectives to stakeholders in the commercial property sector
  • Represent CoStar Group at industry gatherings and connect with peers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven ability to cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and objection resolution skills
  • Highly organized with effective work habits
  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
  • Consultative selling approach complemented by account management strategies
  • Interest in commercial real estate or asset management sectors
  • Experience with property portals or marketplaces is a plus
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures
  • Valid driving license and readiness to travel as needed
