Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Insurance Recruitment Services. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for handling new and existing commercial business, working closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle telephonic and written enquiries from new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client retention.
  • Assist Account Executives in their duties, including risk information gathering, risk presentations, and underwriting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to secure new business and handle instructions from existing clients.
  • Manage data capture, underwriting, and production of policy documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and insurers, providing clear and concise information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial account handling or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of FSA guidelines and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and time management skills.
