Proclinical Staffing is seeking a dedicated professional to excel in high-level scientific exchange and drive innovative treatments to patients.
- Develop and execute a new treatment launch strategy in the private market and prepare for NHS market launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive sales growth.
- Finalize and implement Key Account Plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payers, and business leaders.
- Drive formulary and protocol inclusion and adoption in identified market opportunities.
- Monitor and review performance against sales targets and key performance indicators, adjusting plans as needed.
- Provide in-field insights to marketing and commercial teams to ensure customer-focused strategies.
- Represent the company at local, national, and international business events and conferences.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in field-based sales and account management.
- Strong background in account planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- In-depth knowledge of the NHS environment and its management structures.
- Demonstrable track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
