Job Summary
Pharmiweb is seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payers, and business leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and review performance against sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting plans as needed.
- Provide in-depth market insights and analysis to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
- Represent Pharmiweb at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in account management, sales, or business development, particularly in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including market trends, regulations, and reimbursement models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
