About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Client Relationships to join our team at IDEX Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for owning and growing a book of business comprised of corporate and large commercial clients across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients.
  • You will have a proven track record of success in a similar position, ideally with a focus on corporate or large commercial clients.
  • You will have achieved ACII status and have a strong understanding of the insurance industry.
  • You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow existing client relationships.
