Client Relationship Consultant

This role is designed to enhance the service delivery for client portfolios within the People Solutions division. The individual will be accountable for cultivating client relationships, overseeing benefit evaluations and placements, and ensuring that services are effectively coordinated and executed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assess client benefit needs and offer guidance on insurer services, coverage options, and pricing structures.
- Provide daily service support to facilitate client retention and business growth.
- Draft risk specifications, manage scheme financials, conduct census data audits, and handle various consulting initiatives.
- Ensure that renewal schedules are adhered to, market assessments are performed, and policies are secured ahead of renewal dates.
- Analyze service interruptions or client dissatisfaction and implement necessary corrective measures with insurance providers.
- Assist in the broader enhancement of relationships with insurers.
- Guarantee that compliance standards and internal controls are thoroughly maintained.
- Supervise the execution of claims and underwriting processes.
- Coordinate with other specialized teams within Lockton as needed.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Demonstrated experience in a UK large corporate benefits consulting or broking environment.
- Focus on healthcare and group risk insurance products is preferred.
- Outstanding client relationship management abilities.
- Proficient in time management, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to simplify complex issues into clear, actionable insights.
- A proactive learning attitude and the ability to conduct thorough research.
