Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Playced. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to grow their business with us.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through warm leads, such as lapsed clients, and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Product Development: Work closely with our sales teams to identify clients' needs and develop new products or services to meet those needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to upsell and cross-sell products to clients where needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Field Sales teams to book follow-up appointments and ensure seamless communication with clients.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a sales or business development role, with a clear understanding of the sales cycle.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: A basic salary up to £30,000 per annum, with a realistic first year earnings of £40,000.
