About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Aviva. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with underwriting, claims, and risk engineering colleagues to scope and design bespoke insurance solutions.
  • Take ownership of client relationships, including negotiation, client presentations, and long-term relationship management.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of cross-sell initiatives and innovation of client propositions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience within the general insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance and ability to network and negotiate.
  • Highly motivated, collaborative team player with a 'can-do' mentality.
  • Natural problem solver with strong rapport building and relationship management skills.
