Client Relationship Manager: General Insurance - Mid-Market

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our Mid-Market CRM team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and brokers, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.

About the Role:

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will work closely with our underwriting, claims, and risk engineering colleagues to design and deliver bespoke insurance solutions for our mid-corporate clients. You will be responsible for client and broker-facing relationships, negotiations, and presentations, as well as contributing to the development of our client propositions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers
  • Design and deliver tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs
  • Work with underwriting, claims, and risk engineering colleagues to scope and deliver bespoke insurance solutions
  • Contribute to the development of our client propositions
  • Present and negotiate with clients and brokers
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the general insurance industry
  • Previous experience in the public sector tender processes
  • Highly motivated and collaborative team player with a 'can do' attitude
  • Natural problem solver with strong rapport building and relationship management skills
  • Confident presenter and negotiator with ability to multitask
