Client Relationship Manager: General Insurance – Mid-Market

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Bristol or London. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our mid-market clients, providing them with tailored insurance solutions and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients, understanding their business needs and providing them with bespoke insurance solutions.
  • Work closely with underwriting, claims, and risk engineering colleagues to design and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
  • Present insurance solutions to clients, negotiate contracts, and manage client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the general insurance industry, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
