Position: Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Renewable Energy Division. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in commercial insurance and relevant experience in a client-facing role.

The Client Relationship Manager will oversee a dedicated portfolio of Renewable Energy clients, managing renewals, invoicing, client payments, quotations, upselling opportunities, and addressing client inquiries with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to retain existing business and cultivate new opportunities
  • Achieve sales objectives through effective partnership with Account Executives
  • Oversee all facets of account management and service delivery
  • Establish and nurture client relationships

  • Engage in a dynamic office environment centered on client satisfaction
  • Flexible working arrangements with a minimum of two days in the office each week
  • Receive comprehensive training and foster relationships within the organization
