As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for managing, retaining, and ensuring the delivery of comprehensive account management services for a portfolio of mid-corporate clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and the successful realization of our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain positive business-to-business (B2B) relationships to drive retention and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Adhere to established sales administration protocols and procedures.
  • Build and nurture significant relationships with intermediary partners.
  • Generate and evaluate management information (MI) for clients and intermediary partners to demonstrate the value and effectiveness of their plans.
  • Foster effective working relationships across AXA Health.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of AXA Health's offerings, including corporate employee benefits and healthcare solutions.
  • Stay informed about broader market trends and any relevant changes.
