Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at CoStar Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing client base, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the commercial real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
