Client Relationship Manager: General Insurance – Mid-Market

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Bristol or London. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our mid-market clients, providing them with tailored insurance solutions and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective client relationship strategies to drive business growth and retention.
  • Work closely with underwriting, claims, and risk engineering colleagues to design and deliver bespoke insurance solutions for our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers, providing them with expert advice and guidance on insurance matters.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our services and excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the general insurance industry, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance and ability to communicate complex concepts to clients.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
