About the Role:

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will work closely with our underwriting, claims, and risk engineering teams to design and deliver bespoke insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients
  • Design and deliver tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs
  • Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with underwriting, claims, and risk engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the general insurance industry
  • Previous experience in the public sector tender processes
  • Highly motivated, collaborative team player with a 'can do', winning mentality
  • Natural problem solver with strong rapport building and relationship management skills
  • Confident to present, influence, and network, internally and externally
