Juice Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager to join their sales team in Bristol.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional to take ownership of customer accounts, drive business growth, and build strong, lasting relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurturing and growing customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conducting outreach to existing clients and new prospects to identify new business opportunities.
  • Partnering with Field Sales teams to optimise site visits and deliver profitability.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by updating clients on their orders, stock, and lead times with seamless communication.
  • Promoting additional products and services to maximise every opportunity and advising on upcoming products and promotions.
  • Maintaining the CRM database and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

We are looking for:

  • A proven sales professional with a track record of success in sales environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at every level.
  • A driven and target-focused individual who is enthusiastic about sales and customer service.
  • Someone who is adaptable and able to adjust to customer needs.
  • An organised and proactive individual who is able to work independently.
