Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Bristol or London. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our mid-market clients, providing them with tailored insurance solutions and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients, understanding their business needs and providing them with bespoke insurance solutions.
- Work closely with underwriting, claims, and risk engineering colleagues to design and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- Present and negotiate insurance solutions to clients, ensuring they meet their business needs and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, working with colleagues to develop and implement new business initiatives.
- Travel to client meetings, both locally and nationally, to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the general insurance industry, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting business objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Proficient in data management and analysis, with the ability to interpret and present data to clients and colleagues.
