Position Overview:

We are excited to present an opportunity to become a part of our team as a Commercial Insurance Sales Executive.

In this role, you will concentrate on cultivating and expanding a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.

This position is ideal for a seasoned insurance expert with over 4 years of experience as an account executive.

You will collaborate with a well-established team that provides exceptional back-office support, allowing you to dedicate your efforts to the organic growth and enhancement of your existing client base.

In this role, you will be expected to...

Exhibit your self-driven and diligent nature to surpass growth objectives. Ensure quality, consistency, and precision in all facets of your responsibilities. Maintain a high standard of client service while consistently promoting outstanding customer care. Build and sustain professional relationships with your client portfolio, providing expert guidance across all business areas. Showcase excellent client retention capabilities. Guarantee accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in interactions with both clients and insurers.

Required Experience: -

A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Account Executive. Proven track record of growing your own book of business by 8%-15% or more annually. Experience in developing portfolios of existing clients to maximize income opportunities. A solid background in commercial insurance, including managing and retaining a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders. Comprehensive market and insurer knowledge with established market relationships. Familiarity with FCA compliance and the capability to adhere to regulatory processes.
