Required Experience: -
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Account Executive.
- Proven track record of growing a personal book of business by 8%-15% or more annually.
- Experience in developing portfolios of existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
- A solid background in commercial insurance, including managing and retaining a portfolio of clients.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- In-depth market and insurer knowledge with established relationships.
- Understanding of FCA compliance and the ability to adhere to regulatory processes.
