As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for client servicing, renewal of insurance programmes, and claims support. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting telephone fact finds and producing insurance market submissions
  • Attending client meetings for complex client cases
  • Handling client cases and identifying insurable risks
  • Maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients
  • Full and accurate record keeping
  • Obtaining e-traded insurance terms
  • Negotiating with underwriters
  • Producing sales documents and answering client queries
  • Assisting with claims issues and collecting premiums
  • Renewing client accounts and up-selling/cross-selling

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a commercial insurance role
  • Member of the CII and working towards Dip CII qualification
  • Ability to work tenaciously to solve client problems
  • Ability to negotiate with a win-win mindset
  • Ambitious, proactive, customer-focused, integrity, and practical forward-thinking outlook
