Required Experience: -
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Account Executive.
- Proven track record of growing a personal book of business by 8%-15% annually.
- Experience in developing a portfolio of existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
- A solid background in commercial insurance, including managing and retaining a portfolio of commercial clients.
- Strong communication skills with excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
- In-depth market and insurer knowledge with established market relationships.
- Familiarity with FCA compliance and the ability to adhere to regulatory processes.
