We encourage applications from individuals who are currently underrepresented in our workforce, including those with disabilities and from racially minoritized ethnic groups.

If you have experienced career breaks or periods of leave that may have affected your research outputs, such as maternity or parental leave, you are encouraged to disclose this in your application, as the selection committee will consider this in their evaluation.

We are proud to hold the Disability Confident Employer status, ensuring fair treatment throughout the recruitment process and making reasonable adjustments to support candidates with disabilities.
