Key Responsibilities:

You will be instrumental in enhancing the visibility of the brand, preserving a favorable brand image, and ensuring comprehensive media representation.

Your main duties will encompass research, outreach, and engagement with potential brand partners, managing and optimizing existing partnership strategies, crafting press releases, media pitches, and assisting the marketing team with an ambassador program.

  • Formulating a detailed PR and partnerships strategy in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager that aligns with the HF Holidays vision, values, and strategic objectives, supported by a PR agency for execution.
  • Overseeing our PR agency and associated expenditures.
  • Elevating our brand visibility through securing positive media coverage at both local and national levels.
  • Producing, managing, and approving diverse content types, including press releases, newsletters, blogs, and thought leadership articles.
  • Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with key media outlets, brand partners, and stakeholders within the travel and tourism sector, including tourist boards.
  • Coordinating and managing media engagement initiatives such as press trips, media inquiries, and interviews.
  • Conducting research and outreach to identify brand partners that align with our partnership strategy and commercial goals.
  • Managing existing partnerships to implement activation plans that align with strategic objectives set with the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Creating a measurement framework to evaluate results and monitor ROI.
  • Collaborating with the broader marketing team and other departments to transform customer experiences into compelling narratives.
  • Preparing design briefs for all PR & partnerships materials with the assistance of the Marketing Services Executive.
  • Gaining insights into the market and competitive landscape to provide trends and insights during marketing and product team meetings.
  • Working alongside the Senior Marketing Manager to manage the PR agency budget and assess ROI from partnerships.
  • Occasional travel may be required, with expenses covered.

About You:
We are eager to connect with candidates who possess the following essential qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a PR role, whether in an agency or in-house.
  • Experience in managing a PR agency or working within an agency.
  • A relevant degree (English, Media, Journalism, Communications preferred).
  • Exceptional copywriting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across media, senior stakeholders, and team members.
  • Organized with demonstrated project management skills and attention to detail.
  • A natural collaborator who thrives under pressure and communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is preferred.
