Job Summary:
As a Team Leader at Booths, you will play a vital role in the effective management of our stores. You will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to ensure that company standards are maintained in all areas of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the functionality of a team by determining goals and objectives for each shift.
- Provide guidance and instruction on how to approach tasks and lead by example.
- Review and ensure the completion of safe and legal records on a daily basis.
- In the absence of senior management, assume the role of Duty Manager and take charge of the store.
