CV Library is a leading specialist business in the field of health and safety, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Safety, Health, and Environmental Manager to join their growing team.
Your New Role:
As a key member of the CV Library team, you will be responsible for ensuring the company remains legally compliant and maintains high standards in health and safety. This will involve:
- Managing all aspects of health and safety in the business, including ensuring all office and site-based equipment is PAT tested and documentation is up-to-date.
- Developing and implementing site-specific RAMS and managing the company health and safety policy.
- Conducting internal audits and providing training on health and safety matters.
- Managing health and safety on site, including associated paperwork and regular site visits and audits.
- Attending pre-start meetings with site project teams and chairing regular health and safety review meetings with the management team.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to use your own initiative and work independently.
- A few years' experience in a health and safety role, either as a H&S Advisor or in a management position.
