Key Responsibilities- Trade Counter Account Management
- Manage a diverse account base across a wide geographical area, focusing on trade counter operations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key trade accounts to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Implement and execute strategic account development plans as directed by the Sales Director.
- Collaborate with each trade account's branch network to ensure the achievement of set objectives.
- Drive sales growth through proactive engagement with branches and continuous relationship building with stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to up sell, cross-sell, and promote new products or services to key accounts.
- Independently manage your journey planning, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Maintain an organised calendar to meet targets and maximise customer engagement across the region.
- Produce and submit sales and activity reports according to company guidelines.
- Analyze performance data to monitor progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Must possess a positive-can-do attitude, an ambitious self-starter
- Industry related Sales experience preferable but not essential
- Must have sold into trade counters & or builders merchants
- Target driven & ambitious
- A competitive salary in the range of £30,000 to £35,500 per annum
