Job Title: Training/Excel Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Training/Excel Administrator to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing training records using Excel, ensuring training activities are scheduled, and working with colleagues to manage training accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage training records using Excel
  • Ensure training activities are scheduled
  • Work with colleagues to manage training accounts, ensuring all administrative, financial, and quality assurance processes are complied with
  • Manage and upload accredited training for internal and external delegates
  • Ensure certificates are booked, recorded, and sent out to delegates
  • Schedule training events and send out joining instructions and course information to delegates and training contractors
  • Update and maintain external payments systems
  • Update training records
Requirements:
  • Exceptional skills and experience with Excel
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work hybridly and communicate with colleagues via MS Teams
