ROLE: Sales Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Midas. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving their goals.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

We offer a competitive salary of up to £24,500 DOE, plus an annual bonus based on individual performance. You will also enjoy a 2.30pm finish every other Friday, 28 days' annual leave (rising to 33 days with length of service), Christmas shut down, company pension, and free on-site parking.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process a high volume of orders on a daily basis.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails effectively.
  • Resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Provide basic technical advice and escalate to the relevant team, if required.
  • Cover reception as needed.
  • Prepare customer quotations and ensure the discount matrix is maintained.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you will need to be confident in managing high-volume workloads and working to strict deadlines. Experience of using SAP is advantageous, but full training will be given. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
