Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Priory Group, supporting the delivery of high-quality care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for staff using Priory Payroll systems, working with the Central Payroll Function.
  • Undertake recruitment administration, collaborating with the Service Manager and Central Resourcing Team.
  • Manage expenses, orders, and supplier relationships.
  • Handle petty cash reconciliation and client monies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to incoming queries.
  • Prepare for meetings, take minutes, and support the Service Manager with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
