Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Priory Group, supporting the delivery of high-quality care services.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll for staff using Priory Payroll systems, working with the Central Payroll Function.
- Undertake recruitment administration, collaborating with the Service Manager and Central Resourcing Team.
- Manage expenses, orders, and supplier relationships.
- Handle petty cash reconciliation and client monies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to incoming queries.
- Prepare for meetings, take minutes, and support the Service Manager with administrative tasks.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
