About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Leonards Croft in Stafford. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide efficient and effective support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for monthly and weekly paid staff using the Priory Payroll systems.
  • Undertake the full remit of recruitment administration, including processing expenses, orders, and cheques.
  • Deal with incoming queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support the Service Manager and wider Service with administration tasks, including diary management and preparation for meetings.
  • Undertake petty cash reconciliation and deal with client monies.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with exceptional organisation, reception, and clerical skills. Experience working within a care setting would be desirable.
