Briggs Equipment Ltd is a prominent provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland.

Your Contribution:
The primary responsibility is to design and implement technical training programs for Briggs engineers, affiliated companies, and external clients throughout England, Wales, and Scotland.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and conducting training sessions on both new and existing products.
- Delivering training at various strategic locations across the UK & Ireland.
- Managing your own training schedule with administrative support.
- Updating the Learning Management System (LMS) with post-training outcomes.
- Assessing individual engineer skill gaps through various evaluation methods.
- Developing and maintaining training materials and aids.
- Coordinating classroom and training space availability with administrative support.
- Ordering and managing training literature.
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge on all Hyster Yale equipment.
- Building strong relationships with service managers to ensure adequate engineer support.
- Providing weekly attendance reports to the training manager.
- Delivering monthly reports on training sessions conducted.
- Promoting and developing online learning through TKC and Safety Hub.
Qualifications for Success:
To thrive in this position, candidates should possess:
- An accredited mechanical or electrical trade technical apprenticeship or equivalent.
- In-depth product knowledge.
- Proficiency in PC applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, email, and internet).
