Training Administrator

Are you an expert in Excel and looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Training/Excel Administrator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage training records using Excel
- Schedule training activities and ensure all administrative, financial, and quality assurance processes are complied with
- Manage and upload accredited training for internal and external delegates
- Ensure certificates are booked, recorded, and sent out to delegates
- Schedule training events and send out joining instructions and course information to delegates and training contractors
- Update and maintain external payments systems
- Update training records
Requirements:
- Exceptional skills and experience with Excel
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work hybridly and communicate with colleagues via MS Teams
