As the Senior Change Management Leader, you will collaborate with the Regional Programme Manager to take charge of a team of Deployment Managers, ensuring the successful planning and execution of business transformations to meet specified standards and outcomes, including timelines, quality, and benefits.

Utilizing your expertise in change and project management, you will instill effective management practices into the operational workflow and rigorously oversee the transformation agenda. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders will be crucial as you navigate and address any deployment challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead your team to fulfill technical, project management, and governance responsibilities outlined in the program plan, ensuring seamless integration of changes into daily operations.
  • Guide and mentor Deployment Managers through essential activities related to their change responsibilities.
  • Optimize duty sets for each planned revision, balancing indoor and outdoor workloads based on best practices and efficient routing.
  • Facilitate engagement and communication initiatives within units, aligning with designated activity work packages.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with critical stakeholders (ROD, Ops Performance Leader, Functional business partners), effectively managing risks and resolving issues that may hinder progress.
  • Ensure completion and approval of the Post Implementation Review (PIR) for every deployed revision, documenting design issues, proposed solutions, and lessons learned.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of delivery operations, with experience in similar environments being advantageous but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

Project management certification (APM PFQ/PMQ) is desirable.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday - 08:00-16:00, with expected flexibility for occasional earlier starts.
