About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Partner to join our team at Virgin Media O2. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving effectiveness and efficiencies in our organization change programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the business to design and implement organization design, development, and change interventions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Support a team in proactively identifying challenges and opportunities, and seeing activities through to consultation and resolution.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Change Partners & Change Delivery Specialists, driving a culture of high performance and agility.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of working within a HR change and transformation environment within a large complex organization.
  • Previous people management experience.
  • Thorough understanding of employee relations/industrial relations structures and ways of working, people policies and processes.
  • Sound knowledge of employment law, and strong exposure to HR standard processes as it relates to Change and ER.
  • Full CIPD membership and qualified (or equivalent business qualification).
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working successfully with employee representatives/forums and trade unions.
  • Capable of using knowledge, communication, and relationship skills to positively influence key business decisions across the role's key partners.
  • Telecoms proven experience.
  • Programme/project management experience.
