Job Title: Change Partner, Channels

At Primark, we're looking for a skilled Change Partner to join our team. As a Change Partner, you'll play a key role in driving business transformation and ensuring seamless change management across our channels.

About the Role

The Change Partner will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive transformation strategy for the Channels domain. This will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including Change Leads, strategic planning functions, and business stakeholders.

You'll work closely with the Change Lead to prepare and deliver the Change Pipeline planning process, advise on the impact of multiple projects across the business, and provide guidance to the programme change team on project strategies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive transformation strategy for the Channels domain
  • Collaborating with Change Leads and strategic planning functions to prepare and deliver the Change Pipeline planning process
  • Advising on the impact of multiple projects across the business
  • Providing guidance to the programme change team on project strategies
  • Reviewing Change strategic plans and materials to ensure alignment with business direction and other initiatives
About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Change Partner who can bring significant change experience gained through complex and varied environments. You'll have a minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale change planning and design, activation, and working across similar environments.

You'll possess a credible understanding of end-to-end business processes in the area you'll partner with, with a deep knowledge of at least two of the following business functions:

  • Retail store management & group retail operations
  • International Expansion
  • Marketing & Brand
  • Digital
  • E-Commerce
  • Customer Service & Support

You'll be someone who can influence without authority and engage with leaders at all levels of the organization.
